　　港铁公司（00066.HK）2024年度业绩发布会：2024年，香港铁路运营表现强劲，总客流量超19亿人次，准点率维持在99.9%的世界级水平。跨境铁路服务持续拓展，直达内地车站增至93个，并推出卧铺列车及灵活票种。物业业务方面，通过“铁路+物业”模式，提供约1万个住宅单元，物业开发税后利润达103亿港元。未来三年，公司计划资本支出908亿港元，其中46%用于香港铁路维护，37%用于新铁路项目。
