智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，维持中国飞鹤(06186)“买入”评级，目标价6.5港元。中国当局提出鼓励生育，陆续已见到内蒙古呼和浩特市等地方政府落实出台相关政策，包括推出育儿补贴等，支援力度大过预期，认为是为其他省市树立正面榜样，相信近期将有更多地方政府跟进，对婴幼儿配方奶粉行业有利，预期中国飞鹤将充分受惠于促进生育政策，该行认为，支持措施有助于稳定乳业下滑趋势，缓解生育率下降及适龄女性生育压力等结构性问题。
