智通财经APP讯，陆氏集团(越南)(00366)公布2024年业绩，收入约3.73亿港元，同比减少12.77%;母公司拥有人应占溢利1914.4万港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股盈利3.8港仙，拟派末期股息每股2港仙。
根据独立评估师的评估，由于过去几年持续亏损，水泥业务现金产生单位的可回收金额大幅减少。因此，该集团已就其物业、厂房及设备作出减损拨备，于2024年及2023年财政年度拨备额分别为3682.2万港元及1.39亿港元。上述拨备虽然对集团的利润及资产价值产生负面影响，但不影响集团的现金流。假若不计算该拨备，集团过去两年的整体经营利润大致表现平衡。
