【赣锋锂业旗下南昌锂电公司增资至6亿 增幅500%】金十数据3月20日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，南昌赣锋锂电科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增南昌新建经开区赣望数智新能源股权投资基金（有限合伙）为股东，同时注册资本由1亿人民币增至6亿人民币，增幅500%。南昌赣锋锂电科技有限公司成立于2023年10月，法定代表人为周海楠，经营范围包括储能技术服务、新材料技术研发、新材料技术推广服务等，现由南昌新建经开区赣望数智新能源股权投资基金（有限合伙）、江西赣锋锂电科技股份有限公司分别持股约83%、17%。
