Sundart (HKG:1568) recorded a 2.9% decline in attributable profit for the year 2024 to HK$320.8 million from HK$330.3 million in the year-ago period, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Earnings per share were HK$0.1486 in the year, down from HK$0.153 in the previous corresponding year.

The firm's revenue rose by 9.8% to HK$6 billion in the year from HK$5.46 billion a year prior, mainly due to an increase in its fitting-out business.

The lower profit came about amid higher impairment losses on trade and other receivables and administrative expenses, as well as a decrease in other net income.

The integrated fitting-out contractor has proposed a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share for the year, as well as a special dividend of HK$0.14 per share.
