媒体援引知情人士消息称，汇丰控股与瑞银集团正在印度市场加速扩张财富管理业务版图。这一战略调整源于该国近期掀起的IPO热潮催生出大批新晋百万富翁，促使国际金融巨头争相掘金新兴财富蓝海。

　　据披露，瑞银正就收购印度本土财富管理机构360 ONE进行深入谈判。此前汇丰在今年1月已宣布，计划将其在印分支机构规模扩大一倍。

　　面对求证，360 ONE联合创始人亚廷·沙阿对瑞银收购传闻不予置评。作为孟买证交所上市企业，这家管理着逾260亿美元资产的财富管理机构坦言，已收到多家全球知名金融机构的合作邀约。

　　市场观察人士指出，印度资本市场去年创纪录的42宗IPO，不仅为市场注入580亿美元流动性，更培育出庞大的新富群体，这促使外资机构重新评估战略布局。
