智通财经APP获悉，敏实集团(00425)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.3%，报25.3港元，成交额2.13亿港元。
消息面上，招商证券此前指出，据公司管理层，公司已经开始全面布局新型业务赛道，在人形机器人方面，公司切入人形机器人产业链，在结构件、关节、智能皮肤、面罩等业务获得突破，肢体结构件已有60-70套送样，关节处于打样阶段，智能表面机电电子皮肤处于做方案阶段。低空VTOL(垂直起降)飞行器产品方面，产品有机身、舱门系统，已有多个客户，价值量大。另外，董事长秦荣华董事长投资马斯克成立的人工智能公司xAI约1000万美元。公司也成立敏实研究院，以此聚焦新赛道发展。
美银证券发布研报称，敏实集团据报已设立人形机器人业务分部，并已取得一定进展，据指公司已发出机械手臂结构件样品，供客户进行测试，并将与客户共同开发执行器系统解决方案及电子皮肤解决方案，预测人形机器人部件业务2026年起可为销售额带来贡献。国证国际认为，公司历史上绝大部分时间保持40%的派息率。2023年公司由于资本开支和有息负债率较高未进行分红，2024公司从扩张期步入收获期，削减资本开支，现金流情况改善，回购股票，有望恢复派息。
