Rept Battero Energy's (HKG:0666) received approval from the Hong Kong bourse to list and deal in certain converted H shares on Tuesday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The Chinese lithium-ion battery manufacturer is converting 567,043,986 domestic unlisted shares into the same number of H shares.
