智通财经APP讯，稻香控股(00573)发布公告，该集团预期于2024年度将取得母公司拥有人应占亏损约4800万港元至5800万港元，而去年同期则取得母公司拥有人应占溢利7400万港元，主要归因于集团的收益较截至2023年12月31日止年度减少介乎10%至20%。
本年度内，全球经济持续受到地缘政治动荡、加息和通胀等因素影响，经济增长放缓。香港餐饮市场方面，本地顾客北上消费成风、中国内地旅客消费模式转变及经营成本上涨，以致整体经营环境仍然充满挑战。中国内地方面，虽然餐饮业收入按年小幅增长，但是市场竞争愈趋激烈，激进价格策略及顾客追求极致性价比，造成餐饮业出现增收不增利情况。面对充满挑战的市场环境，本集团推出更具吸引力的菜单、推广迎合市场及顾客口味的产品、实施严格控制食材和营运成本措施，以及善用科技提升产品和服务质素。此外，本集团致力透过线上线下的营销渠道加强集团品牌的知名度，从而提升市场竞争力，促进业务可持续发展。
