公司拟于银行金融机构开展货币类金融衍生品保值计划，以委托代理模式开展商品类金融衍生品保值计划。其中，2025 年炼油商品类金融衍生品保值计划：原油 200 万吨、远期运费合约(FFA)100 万吨、柴油 21 万吨、航煤 43 万吨、石脑油 42 万吨、沥青 10 万吨、船用燃料油 18 万吨、液化气 10 万吨;对二甲苯 20 万吨、聚丙烯 10 万吨、聚乙烯 5 万吨、乙二醇 2.5 万吨、纯苯 10 万吨。2025 年货币类金融衍生品保值计划：拟采用金融工具为远期结售汇。
