智通财经APP获悉，阜丰集团(00546)尾盘涨近5%，高见6.56港元，创下历史新高，截至发稿，涨4.8%，报6.55港元，成交额6278.94万港元。
消息面上，3月6日，梅花生物宣布，与阜丰集团达成和解。梅花生物将向山东阜丰支付2.33亿元和解金，和解金支付完毕后，梅花生物黄原胶业务将不再面临诉讼风险。光大证券指出，全球畜牧业规模化发展，氨基酸等添加剂行业发展可期，龙头企业阜丰集团等公司有望凭借技术壁垒、成本优势及多元化布局等，持续巩固市场地位，实现中长期的持续增长。
申万宏源则指出，随着气候渐暖，饲料养殖行业需求将迎来年内小旺季，产品价格有望底部反弹。该行还指出，阜丰、梅花关于黄原胶诉讼达成和解。双方作为国内领先的味精及氨基酸企业，此次和解也有望促成双方在味精等品种方面的协同，预计未来行业格局有望改善，公司盈利能力有望持续加强。
