智通财经APP讯，中国天保集团(01427)发布公告，为投入更多时间担任董事局主席兼执行董事的职务，并根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则第C.2.1条的规定，更清晰地划分主席与行政总裁的职责，李保田先生已提出辞任公司行政总裁一职，自2025年3月19日起生效。李先生将留任为公司执行董事兼董事局主席，以及提名委员会、投资决策委员会及战略规划委员会主席。
现任执行董事申丽凤女士已获委任为行政总裁，自2025年3月19日起生效，且该委任与其担任执行董事的任期相同，且申女士不会因获委任为行政总裁而获支付额外酬金。申女士将监督集团的策略规划及企业发展。鉴于申女士积极参与集团的策略规划及企业发展，董事局相信申女士对集团的业务营运及策略有深入的了解，具备继任行政总裁的合适才干。
