消息面上，英诺赛科宣布，其在与美国宜普公司(EPC)发起的专利侵权案中取得决定性胜利。2025年3月18日，美国专利局对EPC涉案专利(US’294号专利)作出最终裁定，判决该专利所有权利要求均无效且应被撤销。这一判决从根本上否定了EPC针对英诺赛科的指控基础，标志着英诺赛科在EPC发起的这场长达两年的专利战中取得了完全胜利。
值得注意的是，3月10日，英诺赛科获纳入沪港通和深港通的合资格股份。公开资料显示，英诺赛科是全球首家实现量产8英寸硅基氮化镓晶圆的公司，同时也是全球唯一具备产业规模提供全电压谱系的硅基氮化镓半导体产品的公司。截至2024年6月30日，英诺赛科拥有全球最大的氮化镓功率半导体生产基地；按收入计，公司于2023年在全球所有氮化镓功率半导体公司中排名第一，市场份额33.7%。
