瑞港建设(06816)公布，预期该集团 2024 财年将取得不少于9800万港元的税前亏损(未计提金融资产减值拨备)。而相对截至 2023 年 12 月 31 日止年度则取得约1.68亿港元税前亏损(含金融资产减值拨备8700万)。

公告称，2024 财年业绩持续亏损主要是由于(i)海事工程业务板块和一般建筑总包业务板块的市场不景气，导致 2024 财年收入和毛利分别下跌约6.08亿港元及6800万港元;及(ii)行政费用则因进行成本控制而减少约5100万港元。同时，公司仍在评估个别资产是否潜在减值，如认为有必要追加拨备，2024 财年的预期亏损将进一步增加。
