智通财经APP讯，远大中国(02789)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团将会取得净亏损介于人民币3.3亿元至人民币3.7亿元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的净利润人民币2530万元有大幅下降。董事会认为集团由净利润转为净亏损状况主要由于以下因素i)2024年全球宏观经济景气度偏弱及市场环境不利的背景下，集团审慎承接项目，收入和毛利与2023年相比有所下降;由于人民币汇率波动，2024年取得汇兑亏损，而2023年则取得汇兑收益;及确认的递延税项拨回的税务影响。
尽管有上述信息，董事会对本集团的业绩恢复情况及未来长期发展仍保持乐观。于2024年度，本集团新承接工程总值已超过30亿元人民币，并且在2025年初继续稳定的增长，对未来发展提供了有力支撑。本集团将不时检讨财务及营运指标，密切关注市场变化，持续提升业务发展韧性。
董事们仍然信纳，并无合理理由相信本公司在紧随每股0.04港元的建议特别股息(将从本公司的股份溢价账中支付)支付后，将无能力偿还于日常业务过程中到期的债务。
