第一太平(00142)发布公告，公司自联交所获悉，上市委员会已同意公司可根据第15项应用指引进行建议分拆及上市。于2025年3月17日，Maynilad已就建议分拆及上市向菲律宾证券及交易委员会及菲律宾证券交易所提交申请。

预期建议分拆及上市将以发售的方式实行，包括发行新股份及╱或现有股东出售股份，视乎市场状况而定，涉及最多24.57亿股Maynilad股份，占 Maynilad于紧随建议分拆及上市完成后的经扩大已发行股本的30.45%。于紧随建议分拆及上市完成后，预期Maynilad将仍然为集团的菲律宾联号公司，而于建议分拆及上市完成后，Maynilad的业绩将继续由集团综合入账。

目前预期建议分拆及上市的发售价最多将为20菲律宾比索(即约0.35美元或2.72港元)。然而，投资者务请注意，最高发售价及将筹集的所得款项须视乎(其中包括)接近推行建议分拆及上市时的市场状况而定，建议分拆及上市的最终发售价、预期发售规模及将筹集的所得款项须待完成累计投标及取得监管批准后方能厘定。
