Urban-gro (UGRO) said Thursday its architectural unit signed a $1.2 million agreement with Muscogee County School District in Georgia to provide architectural design services for campus enclosures at 53 schools.
The company said the enclosures are part of the district's effort to improve safety and security by enclosing open-air breezeways on older campuses.
Urban-gro said it expects to recognize most of the revenue over the next three quarters of 2025.
Shares of the company were up 1.5% in recent Thursday trading.
