新浪科技讯 3月20日午间消息，3月21日，物美超市学习胖东来调改首店将正式对外营业，新浪科技提前探店位于北京学清路的物美超市调改店，相关负责人表示，调改后该店员工数已达260人，较调改前增长50%，同时员工薪资较调改前大幅提升30%以上，最低基础工资达到6000元，店内负责人表示，经过调改后“不会打价格战，天天低价，让老百姓能接受的高品质正常价格，价格内卷的时代已经过去了。”

　　探访中新浪科技发现，门店入口处已经提供了包括洗手池、烘干机、移动充电宝等便民基础设施，超市内则引入不少DL胖东来供应链商品，包括但不限于纯净水、果汁、麦片等。在烘焙区则有标识显示，当日商品当天销售，此外，诸如不满意就退货、货架提供放大镜、免费捆扎、水果去皮等服务也都展示出调改成果。

　　据悉，物美超市在学习胖东来进行调改后主要变化在于四个方面。商品方面引进胖东来优质商品，梳理后的商品机构将达到胖东来商品结构的90%；价格方面进一步优化采购渠道，调整商品价格；环境方面调整卖场布局，不再强制动线；员工方面提高薪资，减少工时，增加休假至每人每年10天；缩短营业时间，调整至每日9：30~21：30。（罗宁）
