智通财经APP讯，中基长寿科学(00767)发布公告，集团于2024财年预期取得纯损介于约3200万港元至3500万港元，以及公司拥有人应占纯损介于约3200万港元至3500万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得纯利约250万港元及公司拥有人应占溢利约230万港元。
董事会认为，与2023财年出现溢利相比，2024财年出现预期亏损主要归因于(i)公司一间附属公司就于2019年12月31日的长期未偿还贷款(未偿还金额合共约10.76亿港元)于中国香港、中国内地、塞班岛及英属维尔京群岛进行追缴所产生的一次性法律及服务费用约2040万港元;(ii)集团于中国的长寿科学业务就MNM补充品所产生的重大市场营销活动成本;(iii)因撤销MNM膳食补充品零售部门、以及增强提供诊断及医学检测服务的服务线及集团销售的其他保健品产品线的业务而产生与长寿科学业务相关的重大重组成本。
