智通财经APP讯，佳辰控股(01937)发布公告，相对于截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占集团纯利约人民币590万元，预计集团在2024年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)公司拥有人应占集团纯利取得大幅增加不少于80%。
董事会认为，2024年度公司拥有人应占集团纯利大幅增加主要源于：(i)与截至2023年12月31日止年度的收入约人民币2.35亿元相比，收入跃升不少于8%，主要由于商业楼宇建筑行业逐步复苏所致;及(ii)与截至2023年12月31日止年度的毛利率19.0%相比，毛利率增加不少于4个百分点，主要由于2023年将生产线搬迁至新厂房导致生产效率提升，加上于2024年度销售产品的原材料成本减少所致。
