智通财经APP讯，一脉阳光(02522)发布公告，预计集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得净亏损约人民币5500万元至6000万元，而集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得净利润约人民币3660万元。
董事会认为，上述2023财政年度至2024财政年度利润╱亏损变动乃主要由于：宏观经济环境及医疗机构需求放缓导致相关招标程序放缓以致于(其中包括)集团根据2024年订立的协议交付若干影像解决方案的时间延迟至2025年;及集团若干新成立的影像中心延迟至2025年开始营运，所导致集团于2024财政年度的收入较2023财政年度减少;及公司就2024年在香港联合交易所有限公司上市于2024财政年度产生的若干开支。
