星空华文(06698)发布公告，集团预期将于2024财年取得净亏损约人民币1.2亿元至约人民币1.4亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度取得净亏损人民币16.34亿元。

公告称，2024财年净亏损减少乃主要由于集团于2023财年确认一次性商誉减值亏损人民币11.92亿元，而2024财年并无取得有关减值。尽管如此，集团于2024财年仍取得净亏损，主要原因为：

集团于2024财年制作的节目规模相对较小，产生的毛利相对较少;及集团投资的合营企业仍处于经营亏损状态。
