智通财经APP讯，龙皇集团(08493)发布公告，集团预期2024财年取得亏损净额约2700万港元至2800万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023财年)取得溢利净额约140万港元。
公告称，财务业绩预计将从2023财年的溢利净额转为2024财年的亏损净额，主要是由于与2023财年相比较，2024财年的收入减少及其他经营开支增加，主要原因如下：南下消费者的消费习惯发生变化，他们更喜欢社交媒体上的网红景点打卡、深度旅游以及当日往返。再加上香港人本地消费意愿不高，随着北上旅游新趋势的持续升温，香港整个餐饮市场的结构及消费习惯均在发生变化;全球通胀导致食品价格及工资上涨，导致运营成本不断攀升，给经营状况带来沉重负担;及由于租约到期，集团于2024财年上半年关闭了两间酒家。
