智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)公布，于2025年3月18日，公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与润阜水利订立保理协议。根据保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向润阜水利提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为8.2%至 9.2%，自2025年3月18日起生效及于2027年4月15日到期。
