智通财经APP获悉，招商局港口(00144)盘中涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.09%，报13.9港元，成交额3.04亿港元。值得注意的是，公司第一大股东招商港口(001872.SZ)盘中封涨停。
消息面上，招商局港口此前公布，向独立第三方Prumo收购巴西Vast70%股权，后者于巴西里约热内卢阿苏港经营陆上原油转运码头，目前的平均日处理量为每天56万桶，现金代价4.48亿美元(约34.94亿港元)，经调整后的最终购买价不超过7.14亿美元(约55.69亿港元)。
招商证券此前发布研报称，招商港口为招商局集团旗下港口板块运营及资本运营平台。公司实控人为招商局集团，截至目前招商局集团合计持有招商港口62.97%股权。参控股情况方面，公司持有招商局港口约49.67%股权，且通过招商局港口间接持有上港集团28.05%股份，为上港集团第二大股东；同时合计持有宁波港23.08%股份。股权结构决定公司大部分利润来自于投资收益，投资收益占公司利润总额比基本保持在70%以上。
