慧聪集团(02280)发布公告，预期本公司截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财政年度)将取得权益持有人应占亏损约人民币2.55亿元至人民币2.9亿元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度本公司权益持有人应占亏损约为人民币18.3亿元。2024年财政年度的该等亏损主要是由于(其中包括)预期本集团将于2024年财政年度损益内确认与本集团于广东中模云数字科技股份有限公司的投资有关的减值亏损约人民币1.3亿元。管理层在核数师及外部估值师的协助下评估减值指标。鉴于被投资方的财务状况及业务表现，该投资的公允价值下跌至低于其账面值被识别为减值的客观证据。投资的可收回金额采用公允价值减处置成本法厘定。上述2024年财政年度亏损亦由于本集团分占一间从事小额贷款业务的联营公司的除税后亏损所致，该联营公司于2024年财政年度就其金融资产作出进一步减值亏损拨备。
