消息面上，福耀玻璃发布业绩，2024年实现营业收入392.52亿元，同比增长18.37%；净利润74.98亿元，同比增长33.2%。单看第四季度，公司营收突破百亿大关，达到109.38亿元；净利润20.19亿元。此外，公司拟向全体A股和H股股东，每股分配现金股利1.8元，预计合计现金分红金额达46.98亿元，占当期净利润的62.65%。
值得注意的是，福耀玻璃公告称，拟对全资子公司福耀玻璃美国有限公司增加投资4亿美元，用于福耀玻璃伊利诺伊有限公司投资建设一条汽车级浮法玻璃生产线项目。2024年，福耀美国因被美国国土安全部突击搜查导致一度停产引发关注。
