消息面上，中石化炼化工程发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入641.98亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长13.9%；公司权益持有人应占利润24.66亿元，同比增长5.5%；毛利为53.37亿元，下跌5.4%，毛利率由上年同期的10.0%下降至8.3%，主要是市场竞争加剧，项目盈利收窄。拟派发末期股息每股0.208元，计入已经派发的中期股息，全年派息每股0.358元，派息率65%，全年派息金额为公司上市以来新高。
中金指出，公司2024年海外新签订单大增为385亿元，同比增长80%，截至2024年底国际在手订单为643亿元，海外收入为108亿元，同比增长92%。该行预计，随着哈萨克斯坦乙烯项目、中东天然气NGL 项目等进入安装和施工阶段，公司海外收入有望逐步增长。此外，公司24年经营性现金流为-22亿元，由正转负，在手现金同比略有下降，但该行认为是一次性因素所致，公司25 年在手现金依然会稳定增加。
