　　能源及能量环球（01142）发布公告，开曼群岛法院确认日期为2025年3月12日的建议股本重组的命令副本以及经开曼群岛法院批准载有公司法所规定有关建议股本重组详情的会议记录已于2025年3月14日（开曼群岛时间）送交开曼群岛公司注册处处长。

　　股东务请注意，建议股本重组于2025年3月17日（星期一）上午九时正前生效后，每手买卖单位8000股经削减股份的经削减股份将于2025年3月24日（星期一）上午九时正（香港时间）开始买卖。公司股票的颜色将由粉红色更改为绿色。
