EDA集团控股(02505.HK) 公布，董事会提议进行总金额不超过500万美元的加密货币购买计划。
公告指，EDA集团控股已与欧科云链信托签订信托协议，基于其在区块链技术及虚拟资产领域的专业资质，任命欧科云链信托作为虚拟资产托管人，以合规、安全的方式完成资产购买及存管流程。据介绍，欧科云链信托是香港主板上市公司欧科云链控股(01499.HK) 的间接全资附属公司。
EDA集团控股透露，正在探索区块链技术赋能跨境电商物流行业。依托集团全球仓网络及SAAS平台，构建“链上仓网”生态，促推进跨境商品全链路溯源、加密货币B2B结算、物流数据资产化及智能合约自动化营运，打造透明、高效、可信的全球供应链网络。
另外，EDA集团控股亦将设立专门负责管理和监督虚拟资产业务，以及进行风险控制的部门。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
