智通财经APP讯，中联发展控股(00264)发布公告，内容有关与战略合作伙伴法氢新能源集团有限公司建议成立合营企业。董事会欣然宣布，名为法氢环保洁净有限公司的合营企业于2024年12月已告成立。通过重组方式，该合营企业成为法氢新能源(深圳)有限公司(“FFHD”)的控股公司，FFHD已与中冶天工集团有限公司(“中冶天工”)订立战略合作协议。中冶天工从事建筑业，为中国五矿集团有限公司(“中国五矿”)及中国冶金科工股份有限公司(“中冶”)共同拥有的公司。中冶附属于中国五矿，而中国五矿为直接隶属于中国中央政府的国有企业。
根据战略合作协议，FFHD将提供Flex Fuel品牌下用于汽车、船舶、飞机及重型机械引擎的氢气喷射清洁系统(“氢气清洁系统”)的资源及技术，而中冶天工将向其项目的承包商推广氢气清洁系统。于本公告日期，FFHD已与中国大型企业集团订立多份服务协议。该等企业集团包括吉林省大成放心汽车服务有限公司，该公司为中国最大的汽车维修保养连锁经营商之一，以“大成卡修”的名称经营。自合营企业成立以来，已有超过60个氢气脱碳及清洁站进口并安装于中国超过20个地点，包括但不限于北京、武汉、新疆、西北地区、广东省及澳门。服务协议通常为期2年，可在到期后由订约方延长。该服务协议已产生收入，预期将为本集团带来稳定的收入来源。
公司认为，集团未来可能于氢气清洁系统方面拥有更多商机。公司将继续探索新的业务机会，旨在提升其股东回报。
