海尔“强制双休”引热议 董事长疑回应：我们是连续8年的福布斯全球最佳雇主
快科技3月19日消息，今日，海尔智家2025生态大会如期召开。
海尔集团高级副总裁、海尔智家董事长兼总裁李华刚在大会上，疑似回应了海尔近期“强制双休”舆论关切。
李华刚表示，“前一段时间网上有一些负面的倾向，我有必要在这里给大家解释一下。”
他强调：“我们是连续8年的福布斯全球最佳雇主，我们旗下的GE连续三年获得美国最佳工作场所，海尔的英国公司连续三年获评英国最佳单位，这些荣耀比任何一件产品的荣耀都要伟大得多。”
此前，网传海尔集团要求员工“强制双休”，内部发布了全面落实双休制的通知。
通知要求所有部门（包括研发、市场等）实行双休，周六不准来公司，食堂也不提供饭食，特殊情况需要加班的，必须提前一周审批。
该消息引发广泛网络争议，有声音质疑其“要求员工在家里加班”。
不过当时，海尔集团相关人士曾否认了上述通知的真实性，并表示“这个我们没有发过，不知道是从哪里弄出来的”。
