智通财经APP获悉，恒大汽车(00708)一度跌超20%，截至发稿，跌16.07%，报0.141港元，成交额201.6万港元。
消息面上，3月19日晚间，恒大汽车发布公告称，公司将于2025年3月31日（星期一）举行董事会会议，藉以（其中包括）批准一项公告，公布公司及其附属公司截至2024年12月31日止年度之年度业绩之刊发将推迟至该日期之后，即为香港联交所证券上市规则第13.49(1)条规定该等业绩之截止日期。鉴于上市规则第13.50条之规定，公司将向联交所申请其股份自2025年4月1日（星期二）上午九时正起暂停买卖，以待刊发其2024年度业绩。
据悉，恒大汽车面临严重资金短缺困境。该公司此前公告称，截至目前仍未找到能够帮助缓解集团流动资金问题并推进集团适当重组的战略投资者或买家。恒大汽车在过去六个月进一步裁员及削减运营开支以节省成本，但集团持有的现金及现金等价物水平较低，仅能维持基本运营活动。
