【恒基地产：2024年股东应占基础盈利97.74亿港元 同比增1%】金十数据3月20日讯，恒基地产(00012.HK)在港交所发布公告称，集团截至2024年股东应占基础盈利为港币97.74亿元，同比增1%。每股基础盈利为港币2.02元 (2023年：港币2.00元)。年度盈利包括出让北角投资物业（即“港汇东”）的控股公司权益，所带来之基础盈利约港币14.07亿元；以及因政府收回新发展区等若干土地所带来应占税前基础盈利约港币33.61亿元。
