智通财经APP讯，福森药业(01652)公布，预期该集团于2024年财年的公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币1.7亿元至2.1亿元，2023年财年公司拥有人应占亏损则约为人民币3630万元。
董事会认为，2024年财年的业绩继续亏损乃主要由于下列因素的综合影响所致：受外部环境影响，行业整体进入渠道库存消化期，而集团终端渠道库存结构调整导致集团短期销售出货量下降。集团因此预期取得营业额大幅下降，但仍保持稳定的毛利率;由于集团持续投资于研发，预期2024年财年的研发开支将不少于人民币1亿元;集团于一间联营公司(即威海人生药业集团股份有限公司的权益减值亏损于2024年财年不少于人民币7000万元(2023年财年：人民币2030万元)。
