智通财经APP讯，领航医药生物科技(00399)发布公告，于2025年3月15日，本公司的非全资附属公司福仕生物工程有限公司(附属公司)与Terry Bio Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(作为代理)(代理)订立代理协议(代理协议)，订约方同意在代理协议的条件达成后第三个营业日起计6年期间，代理将作为附属公司的独家代理，在泰国推销、分销、销售及推广代理协议内订明的附属公司的口服胰脏保健产品(产品)。
代理为一间于泰国注册成立的有限公司，主要从事销售医药中间体、保健产品及食品。董事会相信，与代理订立代理协议将有利于本集团口服胰脏保健产品的销售及分销在泰国新市场的发展。订立代理协议展现本集团为实现寻找与合适合作伙伴合作，以提升股东回报及本集团整体可持续长期发展所作的积极努力。
