智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司的一家全资附属公司(作为出租人)与承租人Gimi MS Corporation于2025年3月20日(交易时段后)订立融资租赁合同，(i)出租人同意以不超过5亿美元为代价向承租人购买租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为144个月。
租赁物为一艘浮式液化天然气船(FLNG)。出租人将持有的租赁物所有权的评估值约7.64亿美元。承租人不单独核算租赁物的税前及税后利润。
融资租赁合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立融资租赁合同有益于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。
