智通财经APP讯，五矿资源(01208)发布公告，曹亮先生(曹先生)将辞任本公司行政总裁一职，自2025年4月11日起生效，以便于北京出任中国五矿有色金属有限公司的高级行政职位。曹先生仍留任本公司董事会，并将由执行董事调任为非执行董事及被委任为管治、薪酬、提名及可持续发展委员会和审计及风险管理委员会成员，自2025年4月12日起生效。
赵晶先生(赵先生)将获委任为本公司行政总裁及执行董事，自2025年4月12日起生效。
就本公司上述行政总裁兼执行董事的变更，曹先生将辞任执行委员会成员，自2025年4月11日起生效。
徐基清先生(徐先生)将辞任管治、薪酬、提名及可持续发展委员会和审计及风险管理委员会成员，但仍继续留任为本公司董事会董事长。
