格隆汇3月20日丨日本共生(00627.HK)宣布，公司附属公司嘉兴市铂金置业有限公司("嘉兴铂金")注意到，浙江省嘉兴市中级人民法院("法院")刊发公告，当中法院接纳嘉兴铂金债权人就嘉兴铂金破产清算的申请，理据为嘉兴铂金未能偿还其欠负债权人的若干债务。
嘉兴铂金为于中国成立的有限公司，主要从事中国浙江省嘉兴市的物业发展。公司间接拥有嘉兴铂金的38%股权。嘉兴铂金目前持有中国浙江省嘉兴市若干待售物业及发展中物业。根据嘉兴铂金截至2024年6月30日止的未经审核管理账目，嘉兴铂金于截至2024年6月30日止六个月期间录得收益约人民币2720万元，且于2024年6月30日，嘉兴铂金的资产总值约为人民币7.06亿元。
