智通财经APP讯，喜相逢集团(02473)公布2024年业绩，收益约14.64亿元，同比增长12.2%;毛利约4.38亿元，同比增长4.6%;经调整净利润为4800.2万元，同比增长3.1%;公司拥有人应占溢利3997万元，同比减少63.75%;每股盈利2.58分。
公告称，收益增长主要由于集团报告期内开展汽车直接零售业务，包括国内汽车直接零售业务及汽车出口业务，增加了集团收益;及进一步扩充自营销售网络开设、加强销售能力建设致销售业绩增加。
利润减少主要由于集团于报告期内销售收益增加，增加了集团报告期利润;及具赎回权普通股公允价值变动抵销了上述的正面影响。
经调整净利增加主要为集团于报告期内进一步扩充自营销售网络，加强销售能力建设，以及开展汽车直接零售业务，销售业绩增长所致。
