Zhong Ji Longevity Science (HKG:0767) forecasts it will swing to a loss of between HK$32 million and HK$35 million in 2024 from a profit of HK$2.3 million in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The financial and longevity science research company attributes the foreseen loss to one-off legal and service fees of HK$20.4 million, as well as marketing expenses, and material restructuring costs, the filing said.
Zhong Ji Longevity Science expects to release full-year results on or before March 28.
