智通财经APP讯，新鸿基公司(00086)公布2024年业绩，总收益38.425亿港元，公司股东应占溢利约3.78亿港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股盈利19.3港仙，拟派第二次中期股息每股14港仙。
其中，投资管理取得总收益为3.944亿港元(2023 年：亏损3.32亿港元)。经分配内部资本成本支出6.694亿港元后，该分部的除税前亏损为 4.059亿港元(2023 年：12.913亿港元)。情况相较 2023 年有所改善，主要受各资产类别录得投资收益及撇减下跌所带动。此突显了集团在选择性配置资本、投资组合管理及审慎风险管理方面均采取了严谨策略。
基金管理的除税前溢利变得日益重要，达4900万港元，同比增加 191.7%。该新业务的费用收益取得强劲增长，同比增加 55.6% 至5650万港元，乃由于资产管理规模总额持续增加，达 20 亿美元所致。与 GAM 建立战略联盟亦令费用收益有所增长。
