华住集团2024年业绩：归母净利润为30亿元
3月20日，华住集团（01179/HTHT）发布截至2024年12月31日的第四季度及全年未经审核财务业绩公告。
2024年酒店营业额同比增长15.5%，来自Legacy-Huazhu分部的酒店营业额同比增长16.1%，来自Legacy-DH分部酒店营业额同比增长9.0%。
2024年全年收入为239亿元，同比增长9.2%，来自Legacy-Huazhu分布收入同比增长9.1%，来自Legacy-DH分布收入同比增长9.6%。
2024年全年EBITDA为62亿元，因受外汇亏损及DH的一次性重组成本的负面影响，相比2023年的68亿元有所减少。归母净利润为30亿元，主要原因是外汇损失及DH一次性重组成本及2024年的预扣税增加。
2024年第四季度酒店营业额同比增长16.5%至237亿元，Legacy-Huazhu分布营业额同比增长17.5%，来自Legacy-DH分布营业额增长6.5%。
2024年第四季度收入同比增长7.8%至60亿元，EBITDA为9.74亿元，归母净利润为4900万元。
截至2024年12月31日，Legacy-Huazhu有11025家在营酒店，Legacy-DH有122家在营酒店。
