智通财经APP获悉，古茗(01364)涨超6%，高见17.2港元创上市新高。截至发稿，涨6.34%，报17.1港元，成交额5945.16万港元，总市值突破400亿港元大关。
公开资料显示，古茗主要通过加盟模式，开设门店并运营”古茗”品牌。据悉，古茗是中国10-20元价格带内最大的大众现制茶饮品牌，也是全价格带下中国第二大现制茶饮品牌。根据公司招股说明书，截至2024年9月30日，古茗在全国共有9778家门店；2021年、2022年、2023年及2024年前三季度，来自加盟店的收入分别占公司总收入的97.9%、97.9%、97.1%、97.2%。
国金证券表示，24年行业竞争竞争加剧，古茗24Q1-3店均GMV-4.4%、明显好于同业（多个头部品牌双位数下滑）。德邦证券认为，未来公司依托于供应链和产品研发优势，通过加盟模式有望持续稳定地扩大门店网络，增加市场份额。且公司经营大众现制茶饮店业务，专注于行业预期增长最快的二线及以下城市，截至2023年尚未达到关键规模的中国内地省份合共占整体现制茶饮店市场的48%，仍具备充足的拓展空间。
