【尼尔森IQ、中国新兴事业部负责人曾一光:供需来到拐点 消费分级的时代】金十数据3月20日讯,在中国酒业创新发展大会上,尼尔森IQ、中国新兴事业部负责人曾一光表示,从2019年到2024年底,持续5年到6年的商业趋势,食品消费都是保持增长,并没有出现衰退和下滑。酒类整体体量保持稳定,现在不是没有机会,而是机会越来越难找,现在供需来到拐点,买方市场需要的是符合需求的供给。以日本经济发展为例,曾一光认为,我们处于既不是消费升级,也不是消费降级,而是消费分级的时代。无论女性、男性,消费者随着年龄的增长,对健康都有需求,同时会越来越追求国潮产品。
