　　据悉，好孩子国际以婴儿推车起家，拓展至儿童汽车安全座椅和非耐用品等婴童用品市场，旗下拥有三大战略品牌，分别为Evenflo、Cybex及gb，市场覆盖中国、欧洲及北美市场。该公司此前发布2024年盈利预喜公告，预期全年取得纯利3.25至3.75亿港元，同比增长55.9%至79.9%。公告称，2024年毛利率有所提升，主要得益于规模效应以及高毛利率的品牌收入占比提升，但部分被2H24全球海运成本上升及不利的汇率波动所抵消。
