公司获大众及奥迪智能座舱定点 佑驾创新大涨超24%
3月20日消息，港股佑驾创新大涨超24%，现报34.75港元，成交额达1.76亿。
消息面上，佑驾创新近日宣布，获得多封定点通知书，将为某全球知名车企旗下的合资品牌、豪华品牌提供DMS及OMS智能座舱解决方案。据业内人士透露，这两家车企分别是大众和奥迪。此外，佑驾创新获纳入港股通。董事会认为，预期公司的公众知名度将得到提升，公司H股股份在香港联交所的交易流动性也将得到改善，从而为集团提供更多的业务发展及合作可能性并进一步扩大公司的股东基础。
值得一提的是，近日，深圳小竹机器人技有限公司成立，法定代表人为杨广，注册资本2000万元，经营范围包括智能机器人的研发、人工智能理论与算法软件开发、智能机器人销售、人工智能应用软件开发等。股权数据显示，该公司由佑驾创新全资持股。
