智通财经APP讯，金朝阳集团(00878)发布公告，浩德融资有限公司(根据证券及期货条例可从事第4类(就证券提供意见)、第6类(就机构融资提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动的持牌法团)已获委任为独立财务顾问，以就该建议向独立董事委员会提供意见。董事会已成立独立董事委员会，由所有独立非执行董事组成，即陈启能先生、浦炳荣先生及杨俊文先生，并已根据《收购守则》规则2.1批准有关浩德融资有限公司的委任。
