宜搜科技(02550)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度的收益将较截至2023年12月31日止年度的收益约人民币5.59亿元增加约8%，但预期集团于回顾年度将取得亏损约人民币200万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得溢利约人民币2500万元。

回顾年度由盈转亏主要由于公司于香港联合交易所有限公司首次公开发售所产生的上市开支增加;及于2024年下半年拓展海外市场而增加销售及分销开支所致。
