于截至2024年12月31日止年度，本集团若干主要客户暂时减少采购本集团转移纸及复合纸的订单，主要由于过期合约与新获合约之间的投标空档期所致。此外，于截至2024年12月31日止年度，本集团取得长期资产减值拨备。因此，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度的净亏损，本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得收益减少及净亏损增加。
